Stocks to watch on April 9th: On Friday, both Sensex and Nifty reported a bearish trend in the stock market after bullish reports in the last session of the market. The Sensex is trading below 49,800 levels and nifty trading above 14,500 levels in the stock market. The Sensex lost 4.02 points with a 0.0081% decrease and reached 49,749.32 levels. While the nifty gained 0.30 points with a 0.0020% increase and reached 14,872.60 levels.

On the other side, the number of coronavirus cases in India on Friday, April 9th reached 1,30,60,542 with almost 1,67,642 deaths.

Zensar Technologies Limited: On Thursday, the company made an agreement with the US-based Claimatic. The deal is to create compelling values for both companies and their mutual clients.

However, the shares of Zensar Technologies Limited on Friday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. It gained 7.90 points with a 2.88% increase and reached 282.00 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 7.50 points with a 2.73% increase and reached 281.85 INR.

Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited: The company shares sold by Market Access III-Aubrey Global Emerging Markets Opportunities Fund for Rs. 192.70 per share with almost 30.80 lakh equity shares via the open market transaction.

Khadim India Limited: The company received a ‘BBB-/Stable’ rating from ICRA research firm for overall borrowings of Rs. 204 crores. The research firm also changed the outlook of the company from Negative to Stable.

SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited: The company received an expression of interest (EoI) up to $250 million capital infusion from International PE funds. The PE funds are from US-based Arena Investors LP and Singapore’s Makara Capital Partners.

CEAT Limited: The company has entered a third-party agreement with Tyresmore Online Private Limited for future investments worth Rs. 2.40 crores by the acquisition of 3.47% stakes in Tyresmore. After the acquisition of stakes, the total holding of CEAT reached 44.17%.

However, the shares of CEAT Limited on Friday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. It gained 29.65 points with a 1.93% increase and reached 1,569.70 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 27.10 points with a 1.76% increase and reached 1,567.25 INR.

Ashok Leyland Limited: The company’s subsidiary Switch Mobility Automotive and Siemens made an MoU for building a cooperative technological partnership in the electric commercial mobility sector.

However, the shares of Ashok Leyland Limited on Friday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. It gained 0.15 points with a 0.12% increase and reached 122.90 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 0.20 points with a 0.15% increase and reached 122.90 INR.
