ICICI Lombard shares up 1.35% as Nifty gains

Shares: ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited is a general insurance company in India. It is engaged in general insurance, reinsurance, insurance claims management, and investment management.

Shares of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. rose 1.35 percent to Rs. 1,453.9 in Tuesday’s trade. It hit an intraday high of Rs. 1,454.0 and low of Rs. 1,423.5, respectively, during the day.

While the stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs. 1,625.0 and low of Rs. 1,126.05. As of 01:43 PM (IST), the counter saw a total traded volume of 3,539 shares with a traded value of Rs. 0.51 crore, according to NSE.

The stock had closed at Rs. 1,434.55 in the previous session. The scrip has advanced 1.35 percent in the past month to date. While the benchmark BSE Sensex has slipped -0.75 percent during the same period.

The company reported consolidated sales of Rs. 920.72 crore for the quarter ended 31st-Mar-2021. While up 103.68 percent from the previous quarter’s Rs. 452.05 crore. And up 55.11 percent from the year-ago quarter’s Rs. 593.58 crore. Its net profit for the latest quarter stood at Rs. 345.68 crore. Up 22.61 percent from the same quarter a year ago.
